By using social media strategies and implementing procedures based on the results of extensive analysis, study of social media trends, and application of specifics unique to Zwina Designs we are confident in delivering effective results.
The Agreement will be in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions
This Contract ("Contract") is entered into on 1st April 2025 ("Effective Date") between SOCIAL TAURUS, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency," and Zwina Designs, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." The Agency and the Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Agency agrees to provide the following social media services to the Client beginning on the Effective Date:
Social Media Management + Influencer Marketing package (Package 3) at the discounted rate of £1,200 (originally £1,305).
2. Payment
2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fee of £1200 in order to commence services.
2.2 Payment is to be made every 30 days from your start date. Immediate payment upon receipt of the invoice is required.
2.3 Any studio charges or production incurred during the execution of services must be paid upon receipt by the Client.
2.4 Late payments may incur additional charges as follows: If the Client pays more than 10 days late, a late payment fee of £50 will be added for each day beyond the due date.
2.5 Social Taurus will commence work when the first 30 days are paid in advance.
2.6 Please note, Social Taurus may offer the first 90 days at an introductory price.
3. Content and Approvals
3.1 The Client agrees that any content created will be subject to the agreed schedule and will adhere to the services outlined in section 1.1.
3.2 Content days must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.
3.3 Any changes to the content day must be made at least 2 days before the date by either party and must be approved by Social Taurus.
3.4 Content days are a maximum of 6 hours with a 1 hours break.
3.5 Social Taurus will reserve the right to offer a maximum of 2 revisions of work presented for sign-offs by the client.
3.6 The Client shall have 48 hours to review and approve content before it is scheduled for posting.
3.7 Contactable times are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday via WhatsApp and Email.
3.8 Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for turnaround time for finished editing.
3.9 The Client is allowed a maximum of one, 45-minute video call per month.
3.10 The Client must cover the costs of any agreed scheduling tools. Manual posting is not included in the service. Facebook Meta can be used for free.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 This Contract shall be in effect for a minimum duration of 90 days, starting from the Effective Date. After the initial 90-day period, the Client may terminate this Contract by providing written notice of termination with a 30-day notice period.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Contract, including but not limited to business strategies, financial data, and social media account credentials.
6. Ownership
6.1 All social media content and accounts created or managed by Social Taurus during the term of this Contract shall be the property of the Client and Social Taurus.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
